Join Echelon Wellness as a Mental Health Coordinator dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Canada’s Military Veterans and RCMP members. Seek fulfillment by helping individuals heal through expert mental health care. We are searching for passionate healthcare professionals for full-time or part-time roles, available in-person or in a hybrid model. You will lead initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide personal and family counselling while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Your role centers on building trust, empathy, and connection with those who have served our country.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans
• Provide personal and family counselling services
• Offer career and vocational counselling support
• Collaborate with medical and rehabilitation professionals
• Maintain effective communication with clients and teams

Requirements:
• MSW degree and registration as a Social Worker
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Experience in multidisciplinary team settings
