responsibilities:
* Understand and validate business requirements in collaboration with the Product Owner, users, and team members.
* Design, develop, configure, and integrate Salesforce solutions using a pragmatic and agile approach.
* Apply development best practices, architecture patterns, and security standards to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Develop and execute automated and functional testing throughout the development lifecycle.
* Measure and continuously improve solution quality, performance, robustness, and test coverage.
* Leverage and contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
* Collaborate with peers on technical decisions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
* Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the long-term sustainability of applications through proper documentation.
* Actively contribute to team ceremonies and deliver integration solutions involving APIs, enterprise applications, and event-driven architectures. What could accelerate your success in this roleWe’re looking for someone who:
* Is known for their strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and address complex technical challenges.
* Stands out for their expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Salesforce configuration, and front-end development frameworks.
* Demonstrates strong knowledge of Salesforce data models, data integration concepts, and enterprise integration architectures.
* Is recognized for their collaboration, communication skills, and ability to work effectively within Agile and DevOps teams.
* Has 3 to 5 years of experience with Salesforce, particularly Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud. Experience with Data 360, Agentforce/Einstein, MuleSoft, or Kafka is considered an asset.
