Key Responsibilities
• Manage weekly client and project meetings
• Oversee construction permits and design deliverables
• Prepare technical specifications and reports
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies
• Perform site inspections and supervise construction operations
Requirements:
• University degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• 10+ years’ experience in land development projects
• Proficiency in construction contract administration
• Strong knowledge of engineering specifications
