Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and complete repairs within policy guidelines
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical systems for performance
• Maintain organized work orders and communicate repair statuses
• Provide guidance to junior mechanics and suggest improvements
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the shop
Requirements:
• Valid 310T or Red Seal License required
• Experience with hydraulic/electrical systems is an asset
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Basic computer skills for documenting tasks
