Use advanced AutoCAD and architectural design expertise as a Senior Designer with Henry Schein Canada, based hybrid from its Toronto branch office. Create detailed plans that support efficient medical and dental practice environments.
As a senior Design team member, you will manage complex projects through concept, final design, and revisions. Your work includes floor, equipment, X-ray, electrical, plumbing, partition, and project-specific drawings. You will coordinate with clients, Equipment Sales Specialists, Field Sales Consultants, contractors, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD
- Balance client requirements, functionality, technical needs, and timelines
- Apply Ontario Building Code and fundamental design principles
- Coordinate complex projects with sales and construction partners
- Provide technical guidance and assist Junior Designer training
Requirements:
- Three to five years of relevant design experience
- Post-secondary Design, Architecture, or related education
- Advanced AutoCAD or AutoCAD Architecture skills
- Knowledge of barrier-free design requirements
- Experience coordinating complex projects and detailed technical drawings
