Drive airport cargo performance through team leadership, KPI analysis, and operational compliance while meeting customer service expectations. Swissport requires French and English communication skills.
This manager oversees cargo service handling and operational performance in line with established procedures, policies, and brand values. Responsibilities include coaching employees, reviewing profitability, supporting audits, and maintaining accurate compliance documentation. The position also addresses workplace safety and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cargo teams and operational performance goals
- Analyze P&L statements and address variances
- Oversee health, safety, and incident processes
- Maintain ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001 compliance
- Track quality standards and improve workflows
Requirements:
- At least five years of relevant industry experience
- Fluency in French and English communication
- Eligibility to work in Canada
- Strong ownership, reliability, and accountability
- Ability to work in inclement weather
Bring cargo leadership, financial monitoring, ISO compliance, and safety management skills to Swissport airport operations.
