About You
You're a creative, strategic marketer who enjoys turning ideas into campaigns that deliver results. You know how to develop compelling content, engage audiences across multiple channels and use data to refine your approach. You're equally comfortable thinking strategically and rolling up your sleeves to execute.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy managing multiple projects and balancing competing priorities while meeting deadlines. You're an excellent communicator with strong writing skills and a talent for creating marketing initiatives that support organizational goals.
Experience promoting education, workforce development or grant-funded programs is an asset.
Above all, you're a self-starter who takes initiative, enjoys collaborating with others and knows how to deliver results.

You'll plan and deliver integrated campaigns that build awareness, attract participants, employers and apprentices, and support program, recruitment and grant objectives.
You'll carry out the day-to-day marketing of the programs, creating compelling content and promotional materials, coordinating campaigns across multiple channels, managing the Workforce Development web presence, measuring campaign performance and continually identifying opportunities to improve results. Throughout, you'll ensure all communications align with Landscape Ontario's brand standards and funder requirements.
