As the Senior Manager of Analytics and AI, you’ll be crucial in enhancing Aritzia’s strategic capabilities in Finance, Legal, and Enterprise Risk Management. Your role will involve creating and overseeing the implementation of a comprehensive analytics roadmap, addressing key functional priorities. You will work with process owners to ensure the solutions provided meet business needs effectively while fostering a high-impact team environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop multi-year analytics and AI strategy tailored to business needs
• Partner with department leaders to establish key metrics
• Oversee design of data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Identify AI opportunities for efficiency and risk management
• Present analytical results to senior leadership clearly
Requirements:
• Proven track record in leading analytics in complex environments
• Strong skills in SQL and familiarity with R or Python
• Experience with cloud platforms and BI tools
• Understanding of data governance and responsible AI practices
• Ability to mentor and manage analytics teams effectively Lead the analytics transformation in a high-performance culture at Aritzia, influencing critical business strategies across functions.
