Transform Tim Hortons restaurant operations through technology deployment leadership, POS expertise, and structured change management onsite five days weekly.
Restaurant Brands International is seeking a Director to lead technology adoption across the Tim Hortons network in Canada and the United States. This senior leader oversees end-to-end delivery, from restaurant builds and retrofits to strategic rollouts. The focus includes operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, business growth, stability, and support readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deploy new technologies across Tim Hortons restaurants
- Standardize scalable deployment methods, playbooks, and best practices
- Develop change strategies supporting restaurant readiness and adoption
- Partner with owners, field operations, and training teams
- Ensure solutions arrive on time, budget, and value
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Large-scale project management experience in QSR or related industries
- Knowledge of POS, networking, inventory, and supply chain processes
- Familiarity with software development and project management methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving ability
