Your role involves conducting audits for compliance, planning employee schedules, and facilitating training for new hires, ensuring that safety and operational excellence are prioritized.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily commercial collection and transfer station operations
• Conduct operational audits and safety inspections
• Lead employee recruitment and training initiatives
• Plan and monitor staff schedules
• Implement performance management and incident investigations
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Leadership experience preferred
• DZ License or willingness to obtain
• Familiarity with OH&S and MTO regulations
