include enhancing technician productivity, coaching, and fostering growth within the team. You will collaborate with the Product Support Service Manager to streamline processes and achieve business objectives effectively.
Key Responsibilities
• Model safe work behaviors in line with safety programs
• Collaborate with managers for operational success
• Schedule work orders and repairs efficiently
• Resolve customer and supplier issues proactively
• Coach technicians to meet performance goals
Requirements:
• Heavy Equipment Technician certification preferred
• Proven leadership experience required
• Mining experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
