Lead industrial process development at Soucy, combining team leadership with process parameter definition for stable, reproducible production solutions.
As Process Manager, you will guide the process team while transferring laboratory developments into industrial production. Your work spans calendering and processing equipment, production trials, parameter analysis, and standard operating procedures. You will collaborate with research and development, production, and quality teams to address processing issues, sustain parameters, and support continuous improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, mentor, and develop process team members
- Define parameters for transferring products into production
- Scale products using calendering and processing equipment
- Document procedures supporting stable, reproducible production
- Collaborate on product transfers and processing adjustments
Requirements:
- Process management capability across laboratory-to-production transfers
- Expertise with calendering and processing equipment
- Ability to analyze trials and adjust parameters
- Capacity to coordinate priorities and monitor sustainability
- Ability to support production health and safety
