Key Responsibilities
• Provide clear leadership and direction to the estimating team
• Ensure accuracy and competitiveness in all bid submissions
• Mentor staff and develop future leaders within the department
• Manage multiple bids to meet client deadlines
• Collaborate on bid strategies and preconstruction plans
Requirements:
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar
• 12+ years of estimating experience in construction
• Proven leadership in complex bid management
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and methods
• Excellent financial and analytical skills Drive impact in construction leadership and shape future initiatives through strategic estimating.
