Lead citizen development and employee technology experience from Toronto or Winnipeg, guiding Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and governed low-code adoption.
As Director and Pod Owner within IGM Technology, you will shape strategy, roadmaps, governance, operating models, and measurable outcomes. You will balance employee empowerment with security, privacy, risk, operational resilience, and supportability. The mandate spans employee communications, onboarding, short-form learning, TechTalks, adoption programs, and practical technology improvements. This position requires enterprise technology leadership across business teams, Technology, Security, Risk, Privacy, Architecture, and Service Management. You will also provide day-to-day coaching and coordinate agile delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pod vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, and measurable outcomes
- Operate and improve the Citizen Development operating model
- Enable governed Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate adoption
- Maintain solution registration, risk tiers, control gates, and supportability
- Communicate progress, risks, decisions, dependencies, and performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field
- Five to eight years of progressive enterprise technology experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, and Power Automate
- Understanding of governance, security, privacy, risk, and resilience
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills
Shape governed innovation and practical employee technology experiences through strategy, Microsoft platforms, communication, and measurable outcomes.
