Lead sourcing, procurement, and contract lifecycle management for complex goods and services supporting major capital projects at RigUp. Apply commercial judgment across strategic supply decisions.
As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you will manage competitive sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, purchase orders, and contracts. You will partner with Project Management, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders. The work supports commercial value, risk management, project scope, schedules, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sourcing strategies and execute competitive RFX events
- Evaluate suppliers using commercial, technical, operational, and risk factors
- Lead negotiations and recommend contracting and compensation models
- Manage contracts, purchase orders, amendments, claims, renewals, and closeout
- Monitor supplier performance, compliance, obligations, and spend commitments
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- Eight or more years of progressive sourcing or procurement experience
- Experience leading competitive sourcing events and commercial negotiations
- Knowledge of contract formation, supplier management, claims, and change management
- Strong analytical, communication, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder skills
Use sourcing strategy, contract management, negotiation, and risk expertise to support RigUp’s complex capital project procurement requirements.
