Key Responsibilities
• Engage customers via phone and in-person sales
• Process orders, inquiries, and pricing quotations
• Maintain exceptional customer service throughout
• Verify stock availability, offering alternatives as needed
• Assist with picking and shipping duties when required
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of electrical experience needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AS400 knowledge preferred
• Ability to educate customers on product offerings Utilize your sales acumen and product knowledge to foster customer relationships at Rexel Utility in Edmonton.
