Key Responsibilities
• Oversee a team of customs and shipping staff
• Manage shipping deadlines and regulatory compliance
• Ensure proper documentation for international shipments
• Communicate with customs and freight brokers
• Implement process improvements through IT tools
Requirements:
• Ten years of experience in shipping and customs
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business
• Certified Customs Specialist course completion is essential
• Strong understanding of export laws and regulations
