Manage direct project sales in Saskatoon with Gescan, focusing on customer relationships and quotation follow-up. Collaborate across sales, branches, purchasing, and vendors.
As Project Sales Manager, you will manage sales activity for direct project business through the Central Quotations team. You will work with the Regional Manager, Branch Managers, and Outside Sales Representatives to achieve company budget goals. The position combines customer development, account management, issue resolution, product pricing, vendor strategy coordination, and CRM management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage direct project sales activity in Saskatoon
- Implement consistent follow-up programs for sales teams
- Develop customer opportunities by calling on engineers and specifiers
- Maintain relationships with major accounts and business contacts
- Monitor customer issues and coordinate resolutions
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- Five to seven years of related work experience
- Customer service, sales, or distribution experience
- Microsoft Office knowledge required
- Electrical industry experience strongly preferred
