Key Responsibilities
• Prioritize team workload to meet objectives and timelines
• Mentor engineers in their technical development
• Develop and review transformer design specifications
• Perform necessary mechanical calculations for compliance
• Interface with teams to ensure design manufacturability
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in engineering discipline
• 15+ years of design engineering experience in the field
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams
• Skilled in CAD tools for design tasks
• Strong analytical and project management capabilities Lead and innovate at Cam Tran by driving excellence in mechanical engineering practices.
