Build enterprise AI literacy at ATB through generative AI expertise, learning design, and a hybrid arrangement averaging one to two onsite days weekly.
As AI Literacy and Community Manager, you will own ATB’s enterprise AI literacy roadmap and capability tiers. You will translate AI, LLMs, prompt patterns, and generative tools into practical learning. The work connects business priorities with human-centric skilling across ATB Financial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute ATB’s enterprise-wide AI literacy roadmap
- Design custom training and prompt playbooks
- Build scalable learning journeys and community frameworks
- Track adoption, completion, sentiment, and behavior metrics
- Support governance forums and executive steering committees
Requirements:
- Deep expertise in AI, LLMs, and generative tools
- Curriculum design and capability development experience
- Strong workshop and virtual facilitation skills
- Five to seven years leading enablement or adoption programs
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Bring AI enablement, instructional design, and strategic planning expertise to expand ethical technology adoption across ATB Financial.
