This full-time role, set to join Marcon in early 2027, calls for experienced procurement professionals with strong construction backgrounds. You will lead procurement efforts across various projects, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and safety. By collaborating with project stakeholders, you will enhance market engagement, evaluation, and strategic supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead procurement across the entire project portfolio
• Provide commercial leadership in bidding and negotiations
• Identify and analyze procurement risks proactively
• Strengthen relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
• Support continuous improvement in procurement practices
Requirements:
• 5-7+ years in construction procurement or related field
• Strong knowledge of construction pricing and markets
• Experience in bid evaluation and commercial negotiations
• Post-secondary education in relevant disciplines preferred
• Strategic judgement and collaboration skills Shape procurement strategies and drive Marcon's mission in community building.
