• Extract and analyze healthcare payer policy data
• Ensure high data accuracy through quality assurance
• Collaborate with clients to understand project needs
• Generate insights via dashboards and visualizations
• Support mentorship programs and cross-department initiatives
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of relevant experience or bachelor’s degree
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
• Proficient in synthesizing insights from large data sets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with US healthcare policies preferred Drive decision-making for clients with your insights while developing essential research skills in a collaborative environment.
