Coordinate equipment repairs and warranty claims for Scandinavian Building Services from the Edmonton or Woodbridge office. Apply servicing knowledge and accurate scheduling daily.
As Service Coordinator-Supply Chain, you will oversee maintenance and repair coordination for floor cleaning equipment. Reporting to the Vice President of Procurement, you will work with technicians, vendors, customers, and field managers. The contract ends September 30, 2027, with an in-office Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain detailed repair and inspection reports
- Coordinate warranty claims with equipment vendors
- Track company assets and plan required repairs
- Update managers on repair request status
- Complete monthly reports and required documentation
Requirements:
- Considerable knowledge of equipment servicing
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Effective relationships with vendors and customers
- Ability to maintain internal technician schedules
- Strong accuracy, diligence, and decision-making abilities
