  • Develop and maintain project workplans, readiness trackers, activation plans, and portfolio management tools using Smartsheet and other enterprise applications.
  • Design and support dashboards, Power BI reports, executive reporting, and performance metrics that provide insight into project progress, risks, readiness status, and implementation outcomes.
  • Facilitate partner engagement sessions, readiness assessments, workshops, and meetings, acting as a liaison between Clinical Informatics and Digital Health, project, operational, and clinical teams.
  • Support the planning and execution of activation logistics, including deployment planning, command centre activities, at-the-elbow support coordination, stakeholder communications, and go-live support.
  • Analyze project and operational data to identify trends, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement, supporting decision-making and benefits realization.
  • Support multiple initiatives simultaneously by contributing to project planning, implementation activities, issue resolution, and organizational change efforts associated with digital health transformation.
