Lead Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre as President and Chief Executive Officer, advancing clinical excellence, scientific discovery, and system integration across Ontario.
The next President and CEO will guide a nationally leading academic health sciences centre through complexity and transformation. The mandate spans operational rigour, financial stewardship, political acuity, and foresight. The leader will integrate care, research, education, digital transformation, and campus renewal into a coherent future vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advance clinical excellence, scientific discovery, and system integration
- Translate strategic ambition into sustained organizational performance
- Strengthen primary, community, and integrated care across journeys
- Build trusted relationships with government and health system partners
- Steward culture while enabling necessary organizational change
Requirements:
- Accomplished operator with perspective as a system leader
- Financial stewardship, political acuity, and operational rigour
- Capacity to anticipate change and translate ambition into performance
- Authenticity, empathy, courage, humility, and resolve
- Ability to develop exceptional leaders and sustain trust
