Key Responsibilities
• Oversee estimating, design, and account management teams
• Ensure efficient project workflow from request to release
• Drive enhancements to improve operational performance
• Foster collaboration among internal departments
• Establish key performance metrics and ensure accountability
Requirements:
• 5+ years in leadership within manufacturing or related sectors
• Proven track record of process improvement initiatives
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capabilities
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
