Amazon’s Canada Hub Delivery team needs a Program Manager skilled in partner onboarding, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination. This Toronto-based role supports network growth.
You will manage partner onboarding and vetting from documentation review through launch readiness. The role requires program management experience, data-driven process improvement, and collaboration with technical and non-technical teams. You will work with the Business Development Manager, operational stakeholders, regional leaders, and Hub Partners to keep priorities aligned. Your work will help reduce cycle times, strengthen network reliability, and support delivery coverage when gaps arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding documentation, vetting, milestones, and launch readiness
- Coordinate rescue coverage when partners cannot complete deliveries
- Align priorities with business development and regional stakeholders
- Monitor Salesforce metrics and identify onboarding bottlenecks
- Guide risk mitigation, process improvements, and special projects
Requirements:
- Three-plus years of program or project management experience
- Three-plus years working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Three-plus years implementing data-driven process improvements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced Excel and SQL knowledge
