Kelly Services is partnering with a leading building and home improvement organization seeking a Category Associate. You will support category management, product launches, portfolio activities, and performance analysis. The work combines analytical responsibilities with project coordination and collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support product strategies, SKU management, and pricing updates
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and product performance
- Track sales, margins, inventory, and key performance indicators
- Coordinate internal teams during product introductions and launches
- Maintain product databases, pricing information, and marketing materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- One to three years of relevant management or marketing experience
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI is an asset
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Valid driver's licence and international travel willingness
