Lead Diagnostic Imaging operations at Schroeder Ambulatory Centre through strong clinical oversight, quality management, and resource planning. This role is based in a clinical setting.
Reporting to the Director, Clinical Services, the Manager holds overall responsibility for the Diagnostic Imaging Department. The position leads technical and support staff while overseeing safe, effective service delivery. Responsibilities include operational planning, financial management, quality initiatives, equipment resources, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop short and long-term departmental service goals
- Design systems supporting efficient completion of assignments
- Oversee equipment resources, ordering, inventory, and service records
- Monitor waitlists and recommend timely access adjustments
- Coordinate Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care inspections
Requirements:
- CMRITO certification in the area of responsibility
- Recognized bachelor's or master's degree in Diagnostic Imaging
- Three to five years of progressive leadership experience
- Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency and satisfactory screening results
Use Diagnostic Imaging leadership, quality management, and operational planning skills to support safe services at Schroeder Ambulatory Centre.
