Paint Technician for Automotive Coatings

Be a part of Axalta's innovative team as a Paint Technician specializing in automotive coatings. This remote role focuses on customer service, troubleshooting, and technical direction. As a Paint Technician, you will serve customers in the commercial vehicle segment from your remote location. Your responsibilities will include auditing application processes, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and directly communicating with clients to ensure satisfaction. Your experience in paint technology and automotive applications will greatly benefit your performance in this role.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain customer relationships and provide support
• Troubleshoot and resolve paint application challenges
• Communicate effectively with sales and management
• Assist with data collection for quality reporting
• Aid in customer project support and inventory orders

Requirements:
• High School diploma/GED; further education preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in paint applications
• Knowledge of automotive coatings highly beneficial
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
