Key Responsibilities
• Increase class availability through effective scheduling
• Oversee financial operations, including payroll and budgeting
• Lead safety compliance and operational audits
• Mentor and guide instructors in programming
• Maintain high standards for facility and equipment
Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years in a similar supervisory role
• Certifications in National Lifeguard and Water Safety Instruction
• Exceptional leadership and organizational abilities
• Strong focus on relationship building and teamwork
