Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop a high-performing infrastructure team
• Define short
- and long-term infrastructure strategies
• Oversee cloud, network, and enterprise infrastructure optimization
• Manage incidents, projects, and vendor relationships
• Partner with stakeholders to support technology initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years of IT infrastructure leadership experience
• Expertise in Microsoft technologies, VMware, and AWS
• Experience in global infrastructure operations
• Proven success in strategic planning and budgeting Bring your expertise in IT leadership and team development to Natural Factors as we drive technological advancements.
