As Restoration Foreman with Mirkwood Dynamics Restoration, you oversee projects from start to finish. You assign tasks, monitor quality, interpret plans, organize materials, and coordinate field staff. The work requires practical carpentry, structural repair experience, and clear communication with clients, project managers, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee restoration projects from start to finish
- Coordinate crews, assign tasks, and monitor performance
- Read plans and organize materials and equipment
- Monitor work quality, safety, schedules, and specifications
- Document completed work, issues, and corrective actions
Requirements:
- Proven construction, restoration, or related field experience
- Strong supervisory, delegation, and performance monitoring skills
- Practical carpentry and structural restoration experience
- Heavy equipment and restoration tools experience
- Ability to interpret drawings, work orders, and safety guidelines
