Key Responsibilities
• Manage client accounts to boost retention rates
• Liaise with brokers and specialists for new group setups
• Conduct service meetings and training sessions as needed
• Prepare and deliver critical reports for clients
• Monitor and ensure compliance with service agreements
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in a relevant client-facing role
• Knowledge of group benefits industry
• Ability to complete GBA or relevant qualifications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
