Key Responsibilities
• Optimize manufacturing processes to boost throughput
• Document changes to machine settings and operating parameters
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
• Setup and troubleshoot CNC lathes and machining centers
• Support and program various robotic systems
Requirements:
• Diploma in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering Technician
• 5-7 years in automotive manufacturing
• Advanced CNC programming skills with Fanuc and Okuma
• Solid understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading
• Familiar with IATF 16949 quality systems Utilize your technical proficiency in CNC and automation to enhance production quality at Johnson Electric.
