Key Responsibilities
• Create initial patterns from Designer sketches
• Prepare accurate specification sheets for garments
• Lead fit sessions assessing fit, balance, and proportion
• Identify adjustments and communicate with suppliers
• Review samples to ensure corrections are executed properly
Requirements:
• Diploma in Fashion Design or equivalent
• 3–5 years as a Fit Technician or Pattern Maker
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and fit
• Eye for proportion and detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of PAD or CLO 3D Bring your passion for fashion and technical skills to Laura Canada.
