Key Responsibilities:
- Assess resident health needs and record vital signs
- Administer medications, injections, immunizations, and dressing changes
- Obtain and properly label clinical specimens
- Direct healthcare aides according to resident and site needs
- Educate residents and families about procedures and illness
Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse qualification
- Current CARNA or CLPNA membership in good standing
- Current CPR/BCLS certification for healthcare providers
- Clear vulnerable sector police information check within six months
- Leadership, communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
