Lead SEIS/EIS tax quality at Seisly as a co-founder, combining advance assurance expertise with human review and HMRC submissions.
Seisly is a live founder OS seeking a tax-qualified co-founder to lead its practice side. You will review applications, set drafting standards, and stand behind the firm’s work. The position suits CTA, ATT, or qualified accountants with real SEIS/EIS experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review SEIS/EIS advance assurance applications
- Set standards for advance assurance drafting
- Own the practice’s regulatory posture
- Maintain CIOT/ICAEW standing
- Build and lead the review function as Seisly grows
Requirements:
- CTA, ATT, or qualified accountant qualification
- ICAEW, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
- Real SEIS/EIS experience
- Experience signing off advance assurance applications
- Experience advising founders through advance assurance applications
