Shape learning strategy across North America through training needs analysis, course design, and facilitation for internal and external stakeholders.
Reporting to the Associate Director, Human Resources, the Manager, Learning and Development serves as the key liaison for training matters. This role leads culture and compliance programs, supports regional teams, and coordinates instructor-led and online learning. It connects executives, directors, trainers, employees, and departments around effective training delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee culture training design, delivery, and continuous improvement
- Manage compliance training implementation across employee groups
- Analyze departmental needs and organize requested training sessions
- Lead training delivery across regional and store operations teams
- Maintain training logistics, surveys, records, and external processes
Requirements:
- Five to eight years of training and development experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources or related disciplines
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques
- Strong presentation, communication, writing, and organizational skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office and eLearning software skills
