Key Responsibilities
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Supervise care delivery by attendants and staff
• Administer medications and document health observations
• Maintain safe and clean environment for residents
• Support families and advocate for residents’ needs
Requirements:
• Active RPN license with College of Nurses of Ontario
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous nursing experience preferred
