Principal Oracle Fusion Architect | Eastern & Atlantic Canada

Ottawa | Toronto | Halifax | Moncton | St. John's | Charlottetown

Our DSP-Eclipsys team is looking for an exceptional Principal Oracle Fusion Architect with a strong pre-sales background to join our team and growing Oracle practice. You will bridge deep technical expertise with commercial acumen, own the solution architecture across clients, lead demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities, and work hand-in-hand with our sales and delivery teams to secure and shape strategic Oracle Fusion Cloud engagements. Your ability to articulate complex solutions clearly to C-suite and technical audiences alike will be central to your success in this role.

You are a credible, commercially aware technologist who enjoys the challenge of winning business as much as delivering great outcomes. You are comfortable presenting to a boardroom, writing a persuasive proposal, and then rolling up your sleeves to validate the architecture in a PoC environment. You thrive in ambiguity, take pride in your craft, and bring energy and curiosity to every engagement.

If you have deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP (Financials / Procurement), HCM (Human Capital Management), or SCM (Supply Chain Management), combined with strong Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) skills, and you are based in Eastern or Atlantic Canada – we want to hear from you.

In this role you will work on:

Pre-Sales & Business Development

  • Lead and contribute to Oracle Fusion Cloud pre-sales activities, including RFP / ITT responses, solution design workshops, and client demonstrations.
  • Act as the primary solution architect throughout the sales lifecycle, producing compelling, commercially viable solution proposals.
  • Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (PoC) environments that align Oracle Fusion capabilities to client business challenges.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders at all levels, from Finance Directors and CPOs to CIOs and technical architects.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Consulting Directors to shape pipeline, qualify opportunities, and develop winning commercial strategies.
  • Contribute to DSP's Oracle practice go-to-market strategy, thought leadership content, and event presence.

Solution Architecture & Delivery Support

  • Define end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud solution architectures covering functional design, integration strategy, data migration approach, and deployment model.
  • Advise clients on Oracle Fusion best practices, configuration choices, and implementation roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
  • Provide architectural governance and quality assurance on live delivery engagements where required.
  • Mentor and develop junior and mid-level consultants within the Oracle practice.
  • Design and articulate integration architectures leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to connect Fusion applications with third-party and legacy systems.
  • Guide clients on OIC patterns, including real-time integrations, batch processes, and API-led connectivity.
  • Demonstrate OIC capabilities and pre-built adapters during pre-sales engagements and workshops.

What’sin it for you:

  • A senior, high-visibility role at the heart of a growing Oracle practice with real influence over direction and culture.
  • Competitive base salary, performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.
  • Access to Oracle cloud environments, training licences, and funded certification pathways.
  • Hybrid working model — flexibility to work from home with client travel as required.
  • Clear progression to Principal Architect, Practice Lead, or Director level.
  • A collaborative, expert team committed to quality delivery and continuous learning.

About You:

  • 8+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience, with a minimum of 3 full lifecycle implementations.
  • Deep functional expertise in one or more of the following Oracle Fusion pillars:
  • ERP — General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Projects
  • HCM — Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, Recruitment, Learning
  • Strong Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) skills — design, build, or architecture of integration solutions.
  • Proven pre-sales track record: owning solution responses, leading client‑feasant workshops, and contributing to successful bid outcomes.
  • Ability to translate complex technical architecture into clear, compelling business narratives for executive audiences.
  • Experience producing high‑quality solution documentation including proposals, SOWs, architecture diagrams, and functional design documents.
