Our client, a premier global firm in Management Consultancy , is seeking a highly experienced Senior Management Consultant to join their fully remote team, serving clients across various geographies, including those in Kimberley . This role focuses on developing and implementing high-level global strategies, driving international growth, and advising multinational corporations on complex strategic challenges. You will leverage your extensive expertise in international business, market analysis, and strategic planning to guide clients in navigating global complexities and achieving sustainable competitive advantages. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage global strategy projects for multinational clients, ensuring strategic alignment and execution.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of global markets, competitive landscapes, and geopolitical factors.
- Develop comprehensive international growth strategies, including market entry, expansion, and partnership models.
- Advise clients on organizational design, operational models, and talent strategies for global operations.
- Facilitate virtual workshops and stakeholder engagements with senior executives worldwide.
- Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital on global strategy and advise clients remotely on their strategic imperatives.
Requirements
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a top-tier institution.
- 10+ years of experience in global strategy consulting or corporate strategy at a multinational corporation.
- Demonstrated expertise in international market analysis, globalization strategies, and cross-border business operations.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-geographical projects and manage diverse, remote teams.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and executive-level communication abilities.
- Willingness to travel occasionally if required, though the role is primarily remote-focused.
