Produce finished metal parts on CNC mills in Toronto, using engineering drawings and digital designs independently on-site, full-time.
This Senior CNC Machinist role supports production output with minimal oversight. You will interpret technical drawings, operate CNC mills, and maintain part quality. The position also establishes practical standards for newer machinists and communicates with software engineers developing production-floor tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert digital designs and drawings into finished metal parts
- Operate CNC mills while keeping production output on schedule
- Lead machining-floor standards for newer machinists
- Own part quality and production output independently
- Provide practical feedback to software engineers
Requirements:
- Three to seven years of production machinist experience
- Hands-on CNC milling experience in production settings
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and digital designs
- Comfort producing parts independently with appropriate tools
- Availability for assigned day, night, and weekend shifts
