Become a key player in the trade support team at Gunvor Group as a Settlements Analyst. This full-time role focuses on accurate settlements preparation and effective communication with various departments. Gunvor is looking for a motivated Settlements Analyst to facilitate the deal life-cycle process. You will manage trading invoices, verify data against trading systems, and ensure timely payments. Collaboration with traders, finance, accounting, and operations will be crucial for efficient settlement operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Register and process incoming trading invoices
• Verify accuracy of payable invoices and trading system entries
• Allocate amounts among trading desks and owners
• Ensure timely approval and payment of invoices
• Monitor accounts receivable and communicate issues

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or accounting
• 2-5 years in physical commodity settlements
• Experience with invoice processing and verification
• Knowledge of commodity storage and freight invoicing
• Familiarity with financial settlements and ISOs Contribute your expertise in commodity settlements and enhance Gunvor's operational excellence.
