Make a meaningful impact as a Clinical Manager in Good Shepherd's Seniors' Program, where you'll provide operational and clinical leadership. Ensure exceptional service delivery and affiliation with our mission of dignity and self-determination.
In this managerial role, you will oversee the clinical operations of our Seniors' Program, reporting directly to the Senior Clinical Manager. Focused on quality care, you will guide service schedules and staffing, while collaborating with various teams to fulfill the needs of clients effectively. Your leadership will enhance community partnerships and support our mission.
Key Responsibilities
• Direct day-to-day operations and client service delivery
• Implement quality improvement strategies and ensure compliance
• Facilitate assessments and develop service plans
• Lead the recruitment and development of staff
• Track service outcomes and compliance metrics
Requirements:
• Over 5 years in clinical management roles
• Proven experience in healthcare team leadership
• Relevant healthcare degree or equivalent experience
• Active registration with a healthcare regulatory body
• Current Standard First Aid/CPR and WHMIS certifications Foster an inclusive and supportive environment at Good Shepherd while leading high-quality care.
