Key Responsibilities
• Manage month-end close and reconcile bank statements
• Prepare financial reports including balance sheets and income statements
• Oversee cash management and budgeting processes
• Work with Yardi Voyager for accounting tasks
• Support year-end financial reporting and analysis
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of experience in property accounting
• Proficient in Yardi Voyager and accounting fundamentals
• Degree or diploma in accounting preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills Take ownership of property accounting and contribute to a growing real estate organization in North York.
