Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and design documentation
- Analyze Databricks data structures, flows, and processing requirements
- Support data models, mappings, and integration workflows
- Support validation, reconciliation, testing, and business sign-off
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years in Business Systems Analysis or similar
- Hands-on experience working with Databricks
- Mandatory finance or financial services experience
- Experience with data structures, mappings, flows, and validation
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
