This role focuses on supporting Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives, enhancing the effectiveness of training programs across LNG Canada. You will engage with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess and meet learning needs. The position emphasizes practical course development, learner support, and the execution of approved L&D plans ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct needs analysis and develop tailored training solutions
• Design and update learning activities and materials
• Coordinate implementation and track completion of training
• Collaborate with trainers and learning partners
• Maintain accurate records of learning and competencies
Requirements:
• Legal entitlement to work in Canada
• Willingness to comply with safety policies
• Ability to travel between Calgary and Kitimat
• Experience engaging stakeholders effectively
