Key Responsibilities
• Oversee consumer and bounty rebate program management
• Coordinate trade show logistics and company meetings
• Maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce CRM
• Handle day-to-day customer inquiries via phone and email
• Create internal and external communications aligned with company standards
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in marketing and sales preferred
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with Salesforce is an asset
• Bilingual in French and English is preferred Leverage your expertise in communication, organization, and customer engagement to make impactful contributions at Hayward Holdings.
