In this pivotal role reporting to the SVP of Engineering, you will lead multidisciplinary teams across technical projects involving projection, audio, and more. You'll engage in strategic planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives while balancing diverse stakeholder priorities. Your efforts will directly contribute to technology lifecycle management and modernization.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the execution of complex engineering initiatives
• Collaborate with optical, mechanical, software, and audio teams
• Create and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Ensure accountability and address issues proactively
• Advocate for continuous improvement across projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar field
• Minimum of 8 years in technical or engineering program management
• Experience in hardware-centric engineering programs
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to drive stakeholder consensus Impact the evolution of IMAX technology with your leadership and technical skills.
